Fohr's Creator Platform
Overview Fohr is an influencer marketing platform connecting global brands and creators. As Head of Design from 2020 to 2022, I led a a full end-to-end product redesign, building a scalable design system and growing the design function from the ground up. Context & Goals Fohr’s platform and brand needed to evolve to match the scale of influencer marketing. The goal was to create a unified experience that bridged brand identity with product usability, empowering marketers and creators to collaborate more effectively. Approach I led a complete redesign of Fohr’s web app and design language. Partnering with product and engineering, I re-architected the platform to streamline creator discovery, campaign briefing, and content review. My team introduced a modular design system that standardized components across brand and product, improving consistency and scalability. In parallel, I directed a full brand refresh that elevated visual clarity and alignment across every touchpoint. Results & Impact The redesigned platform increased active usage and campaign success rates by simplifying workflows and surfacing better creator insights. User satisfaction scores improved significantly post-launch, and Fohr saw a measurable lift in campaign volume and client retention. The new system helped position Fohr as a leader in modern, data-driven influencer marketing.
